Rebecca the salesperson was excellent explained clearly how to use the machine that told us what mattresses to try this saved a lot of time She even had the mattress we eventually picked and spoke highly of it It was a great shopping experience

I bought a new mattress 8 months ago and the lady I dealt with was extremely helpful and Also had a lot of knowledge on the products. I also found that all the staff were really friendly. As this was the case I came back yesterday to buy a new bed. Thank Dream’s staff.

The team in the store were extremely helpful and polite, order process fine. However the wrong items, damaged items and poor assembly let this aspect down meaning I won’t purchase from dreams again.
