Time given to try out a major expenxpse but committing to a purchase. Frienfpdly helpful knowledgable staff.

I have never experience customer service like it anywhere else. I was greeted in real friendly manor Your sales colleague, was extremely courteous offered a hot or cold drink. We also stated what wanted and our price range. We was so to get what want. We will not go anywhere else now. Your service is out of this world. Tanya and Becky were super helpful and understood what we were looking for. They showed us all the products that were suitable from the machine and then applied this to what we said after we tested the mattresses.

Great service. Very attentive to our needs and requirements

The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, they knew what they were talking about.

I was greeted by Fiona who was very pleasant, smiled, ensured that covid guidelines were adhered to by use of the hand sanitizer and keeping a safe distance. My first stop was to the sleep machine (can’t remember it’s proper name) where I was given an overview of what it does and how it will help me choose the correct mattress. After the results Fiona then walked me through and showed me the recommended mattresses. I was then able to go and try out for myself any other mattresses and was given a pillow and protective covers. After I had chosen my mattress I was then assisted by Bekky who was equally as pleasant and processed my order. Again Covid guidelines were adhered to throughout my time in store with different members of staff. I was very impressed with the Halifax store and came away feeling that I had made a good purchase and was confident with my choice and the assistance I was given by the staff to make that choice.

We went to the Sheffield Store and had a certain bed we wanted to look at but the Sheffield Store didn't have that bed on display for us to look at so we used live chat on the website to find out which store had it on display (praying for one close to Sheffield), the closest store was Halifax so we drove 1hr 20mins to the Halifax store to see the bed on display we wanted to buy. We were also offered a hot drink in the Halifax store but not in the Sheffield store which was a great touch after such a long drive.

The member of staff who dealt with us was very friendly and dealt with our needs in an efficient friendly manner.
