Everything was explained to us in the fullest detail and we weren't pressured into anything. we were provided with a coffee and left to it after we had been on the mattress testing machine and had our options explained.

Staff very helpful, willing to answer all questions, loved the free £70 pillow gift

The lady who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable. She talked about what we wanted. Showed us some options and then left us to it for a few minutes so we could look at the beds alone and then came back to us to ask if we wanted a drink and any more help.

Went into the Halifax store with a problem after ordering a bed online, tanya was amazing. She not only managed to replace the order, she honoured the price we was given on black Friday. This was a massive saving of over £300, we was so grateful. We was so well looked after, offered drinks on more than one occasion. The staff at the halifax store where all very friendly, but most of all tanya who was brilliant. Very clean shop and covid guidelines met, over amazing service. 😁
