I received a phone call from the store the day before my appointments to say they did not have in stock the item I wanted to look at. This was fantastic as they could’ve let me turn up and then tell me. As it was I still attended and was really happy with the help I received from the stuff. Very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

Her insight into the products available really helped with our final decision and we couldn't be happier with the choices we have made for our new bed. We had assistance during our whole visit to the store. Fiona the store assistant was really helpful and lovely during our visit. Everything went through smoothly and we walked out happy.
