I needed a headboard, specific size and colour. Your Halifax store had one. The sales assistant, Becky, was absolutely wonderful in helping me with both my choice and sale. Becky understood my needs from the start, offered advice, refreshment and all while adhering to the rules regarding Covid. The transaction and help in loading was effortless. In life we meet lots of different people and sometimes on rare occasions, you meet one that goes over and above, the customer service experience. Becky is that person. A total credit to your organisation. If I could score her higher, then I would. I will be definitely returning for her advice and help in choosing my next purchase. AK
