Excellent customer service, lovely atmosphere in the store along with a very knowledgeable assistant in the Halifax store.

Our assistant was very pleasant and very knowledgeable she looked after us throughout our visit without been overbearing 10 out of 10 for customer service 👍

Upon entering the store, the hand sanitiser did not work me, a member of team (Tanya) immediately came over to assist ensuring my families safety. Tanya asked how she could help, listened carefully and informed us that we could use the bed testing machine, but that it would be a few minutes as another couple were using it. Tanya ensured that the machine had fresh PPE on it ready for our use and explained thoroughly what the machine would be measuring. After our results came back Tanya then explained the results to us both and started to show us beds. Tanya gave us both a pillow, which was very clever as we feel in love with them (even though I didn’t want to at £85) and we purchased two! Tanya was very attentive and made sure we were well looked after and kept as safe as possible.
