The assistant Fiona in the Halifax store, was wonderful, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

From entering the store the staff member was courteous and polite, and wearing PPE. Asked if I needed assistance before I browsed the store, occasionally asking if I needed any help. Eventually I did require assistance and she was there to guide me around the various bed frames and explained the pricing and options of payment. Once I had decided what bedframe I wanted, we sat down at the desk with the perspex screen and was offered a bottle of water, and sanitiser. The process of ordering and booking a delivery date was very quick and when I had to take over the computer for a short time, she ensured that the mouse/keyboard and surrounding area was sanitised. Very happy with the process
