Becky was friendly, customer focussed, knowledgeable and had a demeanour that meant we immediately trusted her and wanted to buy from her. I was really impressed by the technology available to assess the best product for me and my husband , a bed is a huge investment for us and the support to get that just right fir us was impressive. We were really nervous about shopping in the pandemic, we were genuinely so impressed by all the Covid measures in place, hand sanitiser, cleanliness, disposable towelling being put on each of the beds we tried, thank you for being so concerned about our well being & safety.

Helpful staff , knew products, not too pushy and after advice and showing us which mattresses were matched to us left us time to retry and decide which one to purchase, not trying to sell us the most expensive item in store .
