Helpful staff , knew products, not too pushy and after advice and showing us which mattresses were matched to us left us time to retry and decide which one to purchase, not trying to sell us the most expensive item in store .

The sales assistant (Graham) was extremely helpful and tended to all our needs. He recommended everything that he thought would be suitable for us and was not forceful in trying to make us buy any of the items. He gave us time to decide what we wanted and offered us water.
