Dreams - Halifax

Visited yesterday and used sleep machine. We're shown a variety of mattresses and selected a couple of options which were more than we initially intended to spend. Spent time researching on line. Went back today, able to see same assistant who hearing what our issues were showed us some other mattresses. Left to try and make decision but assistant always available to help if needed. Made decision. Purchasing was easy process although slightly disappointed we have to wait so long.

First of all, the staff were very welcoming and friendly on entering the store. The lady who helped me - Fiona at the Halifax branch of Dreams - was very instructive in helping me choose the bed that I required. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I found the customer relationship was very polite and not over pushy on making a Sale. But as soon as we needed assistance she was there to help . Any questions we had she had the answer.very professional and polite that’s why she made a sale and I will return in the near future for some of them fantastic pillows. Regards John Nelson
