From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Becky and informed of there store rules regarding Covid. Both myself and Tammy were asked if we would like a bottle of water. We were then asked some simple questions regarding what we are looking for. Becky asked us if we would like to try the machine to match us with a mattress type. We did and Becky made sure all the correct precautions were taken with regards to the covering of the bed and pillows etc. We looked at beds and mattresses and decided to have a look in other stores. At the end of the day we decided that the beds and especially the service we received was much better at the Halifax store so we decided to go back and give Becky the sale. The second visit much like the first. 10/10 for Becky and the team. Becky is a great asset to the company and a pleasure to deal with.

Friendly greeting on entering store and explained about social distancing and sanitation in store. Then we were asked what we needed and used the special mattress to see what type of mattress we required, was given enough time to browse and look round before we decided what to buy. The staff was very helpful and not too pushy but very informative of the products.
