Friendly greeting on entering store and explained about social distancing and sanitation in store. Then we were asked what we needed and used the special mattress to see what type of mattress we required, was given enough time to browse and look round before we decided what to buy. The staff was very helpful and not too pushy but very informative of the products.

The customer services was fantastic. We wanted a new mattress but was unsure of what we wanted. We were given the opportunity to use the sleep testing bed to analyse which mattress would suit us. The assistant then showed us a range of different mattresses with great product knowledge. The customer service recieved made our experience a good one.
