I rang up first to ask them about the COVID measures in place within store, Becky at the Halifax store was very reassuring on the phone, told me everything that I needed to know on the phone then welcomed me upon my visit once I arrived and took me to the sleep match machine which is just what I needed to determine what type of mattress I needed. She then showed me around all the different mattresses that the machine had recommended, explaining the qualities of each one to help me make the best decision. Service was second to none. No complaints.

Both Graham and Tanya were extremely helpful during our three visits to the store. Initially, Graham provided us with some excellent information - while still expressing his need to be completely honest, given his relatively new experience at the store (he's based in Bradford). It was a genuine pleasure to meet him and receive his help and advice. We left feeling that we knew exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, our first choice wasn't available within our preferred timescale, but both he - and Tanya - directed us to another mattress that was essentially as good. When I returned (without my wife), to have a final test of the two main ones, and to see if the delivery time had improved on our first choice, Tanya couldn't have been more helpful. Once I had made the final choice, I was seriously impressed by her ability to circumvent an issue with the payment mechanism. She rang a colleague and asked for a favour in completing my transaction. This was achieved in a very short space of time, and I left the store feeling that YOUR company's level of customer service could not have been bettered for either myself or my wife. A marvellous feeling.

The lady assistant was very helpful and pleasant the store was clean and well set up to deal with the corona virus epidemic making us feel safe and comfortable. Customer service was excellent a real plus. All in we had a very positive experience.
