Greeted when entering the store, assisted throughout with selecting the best type of mattress, pillows and other accessories. All done by Becky who was very knowledgeable, identified our needs, and then gave great customer service. Good hygiene precautions in place and social distancing. All in all a very painless experience, unlike the mattress we are replacing! Thank you Becky.

Becky helped us fine the perfect mattress. We went on a mattress simulator which test what mattress we like. We was also offered a complementary bottle of cold water. Very happy with the level of service.
