On entering the store it was like a personal shop experience,the sales colleague was extremely helpful with our purchase,he was concerned that we made sure we chose the correct bed and gave us all options available and was very knowledgeable

Was helped enormously by lady called Fiona, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I was not rushed or pushed to make a decision at all, in fact I felt so relaxed that I was in danger of taking a nap whilst testing beds !!!
