Fiona at the Halifax store was very knowledgeable and honest about the best mattress for our needs. She took the time guide us through the sleep mapping and pointed out the best beds for us. She was not overbearing or pushy and allowed us time to try several beds whilst checking back with us. Very good customer service with bottled water available.
