It was just so easy with the sleep machine, Fiona’s explanations her sowing me beds and matteresses, she understood I didn’t want a cheap bed and what and why I wanted what I did, she gave space but was also attentive from a distance, offeeed drinks. Other staff were also pleasant and chatty but I never felt pressured to buy, even tho I was only popping to b and q for 4 bolts! Fiona was very knowledgeable

Polite non pushy staff who are knowledgable and professional, maintaining social distancing, took us to simulator and left us to decide in our own time after showing us the range most suitable for us

A customer service representative welcomed us, asked us if we needed help and directed us to what we needed allowing us time to browse. She stepped in to offer further information and then just gave a fantastic service from there on in.

Staff knowledge, friendliness

The staff, particularly Dec, who served us from beginning to end were great. Couldn't have been more helpful, without being overbearing or pushy. They were good-humoured and patient (and it took us forever to choose!) and offered refreshments both while we browsed and whilst we went through the order process.
