With my wife we went to the Halifax store and spoke to staff member Becky. She listened carefully to understand what we wanted. She offered protective coverings so that we could lie on the beds with confidence. We were looking for a double bed, for use in a guest bedroom that would have only occasional use. We were shown and tried a number of beds, understanding that price was an issue Becky showed us display bed that was reduced in price. We tested the bed for comfort were very impressed and bought it on the spot- delivery was arranged. All delivery arrangements were clearly explained - Becky very helpful and knowledgeable.
