Our advisor Becky ensured that all our needs were met, we were offered water and an opportunity to browse freely. Becky took us through the process of finding the perfect mattress for us which both me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed. Things in place for health and safety protection (COVID) were very high and put our minds at ease. The process of financial options was explained in perfect detail and the we felt thoroughly looked after.

Our sales person Fiona was so welcoming in these strange times making us feel very comfortable with all necessary safeguards. Her product knowledge was excellent, we were well informed throughout the entire procedure and she made the buying process a total pleasure.
