Staff offered assistance as soon as we entered the store. When I had a question regarding the specific type of bed I was looking for staff immediately assisted me and were able to show me a wider choice on line. Initially we were helped by a female member of staff who then passed us on to Andy to do the mattress assessment. Andy then saw us through process of ordering arranging delivery and payment. Staff were pleasant and very helpful and made the whole process easy.

I had very specific requirements which the assistant understood and was able to direct me to the right products. She showed me all the products and pointed out price differences.

Everything was easy to understand helpful staff offered drink knowledge of the seller and items she was selling over all a fantastic experience

Friendly knowledgeable staff who engaged well with customers. Extremely helpful and patient in finding a product that matched previous Dreams purchases. The standards we experienced on our visit five years ago (which were good) are now excellent. See you again in eight years ! :-)
