Becky was very helpful in the Halifax store. I felt very safe in the store and covid procedures were followed very well by staff. I would recommend to a friend.

Assistant extremely helpful and friendly. Only went in to take a look And then look elsewhere but decided to just buy in the spot. Very happy with the way the store dealt with social distancing, although maybe the two desks could be put a little further apart. We didn’t really want to sit down while other customers were sat down at the next table. Otherwise excellent

The measures in place to keep us safe during the Covid 19 pandemic were excellent. Sales assistants wore masks, there was hand sanitiser available at the door which I was delighted to see the staff insisted all used. ( A couple who entered before us didn’t used it and I considered not going in after them.The assistant politely asked them to return and use it. This gave me the confidence to continue.) As there were 3 couples in the store the assistant locked the door despite a large space inside. There were screens at the desks to order and pay safely. The entire service provided both for health and safety of customers and in general was super.
