All went smoothly

Mark very welcoming and friendly. Not pushy at all. Left us to view products once he showed them. He also took his time with us. My mum elderly and has mental health problems - he was also respectful and patient. Offered a drink, a seat. COVID-19 rules all followed : masks, hand gel, cover for pillow when trying mattress and screens at desk when placing order. There was a very nice atmosphere on entering store : all staff welcomed shoppers but equally did not ‘pounce on them!’

Excellent choice of beds/mattresses. I did however require assistance from store member to understand many differences in items. This made it so much easier to make my choice.

Our purchasing experience was excellent, sales executive Mike from the Harlow branch was very friendly and helpful.

The assistant was very polite and cheerful and made us feel at ease. She was knowledgeable and gave us space to choose our mattress in our own time.

The store assistant (Jessica) was very helpful, friendly and professional. She assisted with our needs as soon as we walked through the door. This is the second bed we have purchased in the last year and she was able to recommend a mattress to suit us

Mike at Harlow was very helpful and answered all our questions. Due to circumstances of moving into a new home but without a fixed completion date Mike was able to explain all the options to us which allowed us to confidently make the purchase.

Staff were very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the products we needed. Safety measures in place made us feel happy to be trying beds during this pandemic and the range on offer helped us choose the best mattress for our needs.
