A friendly and welcoming informative colleague. Very professional, but down to earth as well when appropriately needed. Didn’t pressure us or try to over sell us anything. Let us lead with our requirements, skilfully informing us of what was available and explained what he was going to do and how long he will be.

Micheal the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and knew the exact bed I wanted to look at when I explained the one I saw online that I liked. He allowed me and my partner to look at other beds and mattress and was on hand without using pushy sales techniques

Because Sophie was very attentive, gave us sufficient space on arrival and then came to help. The dream machine was great and Sophie was very inclusive towards our children.

Shah gave us a cheery welcome and was very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough with helping us find the right mattress and bed for our requirements. He was informative but not pushy, he gave us plenty of time to think and gave a chat when deciding. Great customer service! It is a rarity these days!

We didnt feel pushed to make a purchase, the staff really gave us the time of day and helped us pick the perfect mattress for us and let us walk around the store for a decent time to pick our beds without being too pushy, popped over once just to see if we fancied a drink which we appreciated Just feel like we received great service from the staff so would definitely recommend
