Customer service was excellent, clean and quiet store, friendly and helpful staff

Help and advice was available immediately and our assistant Shah was knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. A wide array of options was quickly narrowed down and we came away very satisfied

Shar at Harlow store was very helpful, returned a second time with partner. Was given the sleep match test which narrowed down our options. Given refreshment. Shar gave us some pillows to use whilst testing mattresses and was there for advice. Overall a good experience that made choices much easier.

The assistant was very helpful and considerate with me. He was able to answer any question I had.

Mark at harlow was very helpful and very friendly, he wasn't pushy in any way, just recommended beds that I was discribing, he let me take my time and and there was no presure into anything I did not want. I am not one to make a purchase unless the sales man is polite and down to earth and that is what mark gave me and I feel happy with my purchase so far.

We like the way we could put our details into the system and it told us what sort of Mattress would suit us.

The sales lady was very help and friendly without being over powering, she use the mattress guide to advise what sort of mattress is best suited to us which I though was fantastic and give me peace of mind to help make my decision, she then showed us all the mattress and talked us through the best options for us, she didn’t rush us and we felt very at ease with her.
