Excellent device from Shah at the Harlow Dreams store. He was very attentive to what was wanted and informative. I couldn’t fault his service and will defiantly recommend him.

From the moment we walked through the door we felt like we were valued customers. We were guided to the mattresses that were suitable for our sleep habits so we didn't spend more time than needed trying beds that were not correct for us. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the whole experience

friendly, knowledgable staff However, was quoted 3-4 weeks for our bed to arrive, only to be told today via email that it would be 10-11 weeks. which has left me feeling very dissapointed

Shah was so helpful, really knew what he was talking about and answered all of questions. He didn’t rush us or push us into buying anything we didn’t need or want.
