The store assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. And at no time was he trying to push for a sale.

Shah was terrific, attentive and knowledgeable, although lying on your bed machine was awkward he was patient with us and helpful

Was greeted within 5mins of walking into the store. Was asked questions on preference of mattresses. Then was explained all the different types and sizes. Was placed on a sleep match machine and went through all the mattresses that matched. Was given pillows to try out the different mattresses. Was offered drinks hot and cold. Had a very good experience from start to finish

Very satisfied, the sale assistant Mark, was very helpful,the service was fantastic.made sure I had the right mattress by going on the sleepmatch,offered us coffee, free pillows,he was really polite. And helpful would recomend this shop

The staff in the harlow store went above and beyond to make our time in the store very personal with exceptional knowledge. Mark who served us deserves nothing but praise for his patience and guidance

i approached Mark the assistance as i walked into the shop explained what I was looking for and my budget, was taken to the test bed to find my "comfort zone" . He found a bed i was very happy ☺ with. We continued the purchase all within 15minutes . With a delivery date of my choosing.

I was served immediately and then given time to explain what I was looking for. Having looked up some mattresses on the web site, I was shown one of the three I had highlighted and was recommended a few others. I was given as much time as I needed to try them out, and then helped to order them.

Shah was very clear at explaining the different products during our visit. He made sure we understood the different options and brought us tea in bed! He gave us the space we needed while we made our decision on which mattress to order. His customer service was second to non, a really breath of fresh air and a huge asset to the Dreams store.
