We needed help and the assistant was very helpful, loved trying the dream sleep technology system which helped us choose the right mattress and it recommended the one we were looking at but even then the assistant suggest a few others just to make sure it was right for us, only issue was the financing option took a long time and they couldn’t give a decision for 3 days which made me feel uncomfortable and given I have an extremely good credit rating, in the end I just pay for it out right to avoid further embarrassment

Staff were friendly and polite not pushy, we were offered refreshments and allowed to browse in our own time. Our Dreams colleague was Mark and we would like to thank him for his excellent help and knowledge.

The salesman shah was very friendly & helpful with a cheerful manner. He helped us to get the right Matress as I have a bad back. The price was okay but made easier by the credit interest fee option. As I spent £2646.40 helped lighten the blow. I feel very satisfied. Thank you

The service by Micheal was 11 out of 10 very friendly. Help us decide what mattress we needed by going on the bed machine, which was very helpful. Was very quick to purchase and we are very happy with what we have bought. Will definitely tell others if they are looking for a new bed. Also if we are not happy /comfortable with the bed we have 30 days to let the shop know which is brilliant because you can never really tell if it is the right mattress when just laying on it in a shop. Mike also helped us with how high the mattress will b with the frame, as I have a lot of illnesses like Multiple Serosis and chronic back pain. Would like to thank Mike from the Harlow Essex shop again for all he's help.

This is the second purchase in a year, First mattress was too hard (sold by same salesman) but bought on medical advice that you need a firm mattress. Good mattress - the wife is happy with it but for me its just too hard. Mike had such a good way with him and spent time to sell us what we thought we were looking for. This visit Mike again spent time and showed good knowledge showing us a good range and giving plenty of time to try. Spent more than planned but were happy to after deciding the more expensive mattress was worth the extra.

The sales assistant, Michael, was first class: polite, pleasant, jovial and infirmed, and reminded me of a bygone age when the customer was king. I am 91years of age, and I can remember those days!
