We had time to explore, we also had tape measures handed to us to help us see the size difference between products.

We were very well looked after in store and recommended what would suit us and we came away very pleased with our purchase just a little dissappointed having to wait so long but im sure it will be worth it

The store assistant (Tania) was incredibly helpful. She helped us find out what exactly we needed, then matched that to a mattress very quickly. The whole experience was made really simple and stress free for two first time buyers who didn't have a clue.

Had mattress put to one side as it had not been entered into the system. Went to collect and it was ready straight away.

I was very impressed with Shah, his product knowledge, personal approach and professionalism were very good. I was greeted, offered a drink and then used the 'sleepmatch'. I was then given a pillow and we went around the store and i tried the recommended beds. Each bed, Shah told me the composition, how to care for it and the cost. No pressure and pleasant sale. 10/10!!

Well well well, what can I say had a blast of day and absolutely over the moon with my purchase from dreams beds, I had already been in to bensons for beds and lewis’s, and no one took me serious perhaps Couse of my age, but nothing compared to the staff in dreams bed harlow, I had only been in there for a few minutes and the staff made sure of a good experience, I was also offered tea and coffee upon arrival and really felt welcomed into the store from the minute I was there, I had a look around on the beds but it was hard to find the right bed, and I was advised by Tonia to use the sleep match machine and it was the best thing I could of done, to be honest I did not expect the bed I needed would of been such a great match to the ultimate nights sleep. I am so happy with my purchase! Tonia also recommend different pillows to suit my nights sleep, while trying out the beds we tried out pillows and found the perfect ones for us. We couldn’t thank Tonia and Sophie enough for all there help and will recommend to family and friends
