We were made welcome as soon as we walked in. They offered us help straight away and refreshments. We were allowed to walk around freely without being harrassed. And when we were ready for assistance they were full of advice, and guided us to our right match.

Because Mike was absolutely brilliant and made sure he understood all of our needs. Plus, the machine for testing what kind of mattress is ideal gives a great massage!

Great service- offered and accepted the opportunity to have a mattress tailored to my needs using in store technology. Also received a fantastic cup of tea!

We were assisted by a friendly, helpful guy called Mark. Even had a coffee and a biscuit, which I jokingly asked for when I was lying on a bed. Ended up with 2 new pillows and mattress protector free. Thankyou so much, can't wait to sleep on my new mattress. One very satisfied customer. Forgot to say this is the harlow, Essex branch.

mark was very helpful, he explained all about each mattress and suggested i tried the new bed that tells what is best for the person. he offered me a coffee and was very polite in his explanations as i was unaware of which mattress to buy

I came into the store on several occasions, before making up my mind. I was never rushed. All my questions were answered. Everyone was very courteous and tried to find out what I was after and why, and what was best for me, not trying to persuade me to go down another route.
