Dreams - Harlow

When we entered the store we felt welcomed from the initial greeting and was made to feel comfortable. We asked to have some time to walk around. Once we had some time to browse, the dreams colleague, Shah, came over and asked if we needed any further assistance. We was offered a drink which was lovely and then we were shown to the sleepmatch machine. The sleepmatch machine was easy to use with the help of Shah and gave us some great choices. We then felt very accommodated as the dreams colleague proceeded to guide us through our sleepmatch choices. The staff where extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure us into buying for a high price as they seemed more interested in our personal support and comfort. Once we had made a decision on the bed with the support from the dreams team we where then advised to look into some new pillows. This was fantastic and we were able to try out many different types and me and my wife individually found the pillow that suited us best. These pillows turned out to be the first ones recommend to us by the dreams team member. Overall I cannot stress at how knowledgeable Shah was and how friendly and inviting.

The sales assistant shaj was very helpful and happy to serve us, he made the experience quick as we knew exactly what we wanted, he also helped us with a delivery date that suited us. The store was also very tidy and presentable, display cards to find all the information you need around the store about the items. The store is of a good size so that everything is space out which is pleasing on the eye.

The assistant gave us plenty of space and time to browse and then was very helpful when we were ready to proceed. All our queries were dealt with and he was highly knowledgeable in response to our queries. The Sleep Match machine was an unexpected assistance in helping choose our mattress.

I have suffered from slipped discs for over 10 years now so had no idea on what mattress would be best for me. We were approached my Mike (very non aggressively) who advised us to try the dreams mattress simulator which then offered a choice of 7 mattresses My husband all I tried all and found the perfect mattress. The whole process took less than an hour! Mike was informative and professional and we felt in no way obligated to purchase anything. An excellent experience!
