The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, he asked us of we needed help when we came in the store, but allowed us time to look first. He was very approachable. He made us drinks and made us feel at ease.

this my second bed purchase from dreams in 3 years last bed was a new single but now needed a new double. the overall visit was good at the Harlow Branch. Shah the man that assisted me welcomed us to the store, showed us to the type of bed i wanted and talked me through all the varieties and options for them. once i had selected a a frame and size he showed me to the sleepmatch to find a the correct mattress for me. He then showed me the variety of mattresses to test with a pillow. he then got myself and mum a drink, while i decided on the mattress and to make the purchase. He explained i could pay a securing deposit on the bed and pay the rest off later after my holiday next week, and that i could book the bed in for delivery when it was convenient for me. overall very satisfied with the visit and the purchase of my new bed.

The salesman understood what we wanted, knew his stock and didn't waste time showing us things we didn't want or need.

Store was clean. Very friendly staff. Very helpful.

We were served by Shah in the Harlow branch. Shah greeted us in a positive and warm manner. Offered us a drink and the sleepmatch service. He was very informative and helpful. His advice was useful and he did a great job.

We hadn’t bought a mattress for some years so had no ready comparison but the service and process were very good and Shah gave us sufficient information and the time to make our decision and did not push us. That day l lost a hearing ear piece I realised early on our journey home so we phoned the store and Shah & his colleague said they would do a search & we returned & searched too. I can’t be sure I did lose it at the store but is highly likely because I made the mistake of keeping the aids on. While testing the beds. They handled the situation well.

Friendly and helpful assistant. He took time to understand our needs and led us straight to the relevant products whilst allowing us tube to decide and check out other options. When we were ready he dealt with our order in a friendly and efficient manner. And have us a cup of tea while we were browsing

Shah went out of his way to advise, support, discuss options and alternatives. Excellent service.
