prompt, attentive service--mind you, the store was empty at the time!

The consultant was extremely helpful and didn’t rush me or make me feel obliged to buy something. I liked the mattress matched which came to the same conclusion as I have about what mattress suits me. The consultant made both me and my friend who was helping me choose a cup of tea while I was choosing between two mattresses. They were short staffed so he had to serve other customers but apologised each time and came straight back when he was free again.

Our Salesman Mike was 1st class, very knowledgeable and answered our questions.he made the experience fun.

The customer service given I felt was exceptional - Shah the sales assistant was so friendly and informative best service I’ve received in a store for a very long time it shows there are still people out there that have pride in the work/job they do.
