Your salesman Mike was very pleasant and knowledgable. Made me a cup of tea and let me lie on the bed for ages- now i have the new mattress my back problems have eased a lot - so all very good thank you

Shah was very friendly and assisted us in finding what we wanted. He was always around and gave us space and time to freely choose our perfect mattress. Also in terms of quality to price I think the overall product sold was spot on. Very happy with the purchase.

Shah was an amazing sales person. He wasn’t pushy and respected our need to discuss the purchase rather than be pushing for a sale which would have resulted in a non sale. He was knowledgable and friendly.

I came into the store the week before on my own and explained what i was looking for the staff were friendly and helpful and not pushy in any way. When i went back the week after with my husband - it was nice that the same friendly face recognised me. I was passed on to a colleague of his as he was busy - however Mike was just as helpful. Again i didnt feel pushed or rushed to make a decision and was very happy with the service.

The store assistant Shah was brilliant, very polite and knowledgeable of the stock. He helped us decide which mattress was best via an assessment and recommended 4 comparisons. We hadn’t intended to buy today and was just a research visit however the combination of great service and stock and the prices made us reconsider looking elsewhere and we bought the mattress today. As a side note Shah was very sweet with our two year old daughter and the experience was 10/10 from the moment we walked in the door.
