Mike from Harlow store, was very natural not to in your face with sale, which goes a long way. He helped me with 5% discount asi had to pay £24 for delivery due to not being in till 9.30am so this made me not legible For free delivery.

Good range, sales staff very helpful and not pushy.

I have bought the Therapur Acti Gel Tranquil 8000 S Mattress from Dream shop in Harlow. Thank you very much for your high quality customer services as well for the mattress!! The new system that I had never try before (the way how to choose the right stile of mattress)!! I wake up and feel my back really good and my sleep much more relaxing!!!!

The staff were friendly, helpful and approachable without being too pushy. There was a very good range of products to see.

Was not placed under any pressure and felt really relaxed throughout the entire visit. My wife does not normally test things out, but on this occasion she was more than happy to test the mattresses out. The staff were so friendly and polite.

When we turned up we were greet after a couple of minutes then the were told about the types of mattress that were in the store, and about the new machine you have which work very well. We ordered and we were told about the options we had which we took up and arranged a date for the delivery. The salesman spent time with both of my children to understand what they wanted and what was best for them. They were happy which make my wife and myself happy.

We have experienced very negative sales staff in other bed departments, but on this occasion Mike our sale person was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. as we had previously brought many mattresess over the years and not been very comfortable he suggested using the sleep station that looks at your sleep positions and any problem areas. this only took some 3-4 minutes and was very helpful in the amount of choices we had. we were very impressed with this as we could have looked at all the mattresses on display and still ended up with the wrong one and costing a lot of money. Mike gave us 3 choices after this process an expensive, middle range and lowest cost of each. at the time we were not looking at the cost just the comfort we were desparate to have when we sleep. all in all it was the lowest price of them all. although still £650.00 it wasn't really about the price it was us making sure it was the right decision for us both. We asked about finance and once again nothing was too much trouble and this was successful. Mike did offer us any drinks on at two occasions and whether we were happy with our choice of product. Thank you Dreams, well done.

It was an extremely smooth and easy process with one of your staff members, Michael helping us from the beginning. This made things a lot easier etc when deciding which bed and mattress we wanted.

We was served by Shah who was incredibly helpful. He explained the differences in mattresses. I told him our budget and he showed us various beds with our budget in mind. He encouraged us to lay down on our backs and sides and to take our time. We never felt rushed and he didn't stand watching us which would've been very uncomfortable. We were torn between 2 mattresses, he didn't pressurise or push us in to buying the more expensive mattress and at no point did he push us into buying a bed frame aswell. Shah was incredibly friendly. He clearly reads his customers and their individual personalitities as soon as they walk in. This made him very approachable and welcoming and at no point did I feel silly for asking the same question several times because I didn't understand. Shah offered us refreshments which shows customers are not rushed in the slightest. This is paramount as mattress buying cant be rushed! Shah also made a conscious effort to acknowledge our baby daughter which was the cherry on top of his outstanding customer service. I felt extremely comfortable around Shah and would highly recommend any customers to ask for him if they visit the Harlow store.
