Very friendly store assistant who had a great knowledge of the products. Very enjoyable experience.

Shah, was our sales assistant he was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the products. He gave excellent advice on the products in store and made us feel at ease whilst choosing our new bed.He guided us in the right direction in choosing the correct mattress to suit our needs, a job we could not have done without him.

We was served by Michael who was very helpful and patient with us whilst making our decision. He also makes a good hot chocolate!

Popped in Saturday and spoke with Shah - he was extremely helpful. Returned today to order the bed and spoke with Shah again, once again he was very helpful

I explained my exact needs to the salesman who, although explained he was a new recruit, helped me to understand my options and even lent me his tape measure so i could go next door to see if i could purchase storage boxes that would fit!

Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. We'd seen the matress on the internet and wanted to try it out. We were approached as we walked in and asked if we wanted help. We told him which mattress we wanted and he took us straight over. He left us to it but was on hand when we had questions. Very helpful and friendly

We were not hassled by staff and when we were ready a member of staff named Shah who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products offered and was not at all pushy. He was very helpful to our needs and very pleasant to deal with.
