Staff helpful and friendly

The assistant, Shah, at the Harlow store was very helpful and gave lots of advice about various aspects

I was very impressed with Shah, he was excellent. I had an idea of what we wanted, but Shah went through other options using his knowledge which was most useful. His customer service was top. Many thanks.

Loved the test system and range of beds to try and compare

The lady that served me was very nice. She gave me so much information and was very patient whilst I phoned my partner several times to relay information. She was very friendly and helpful, even helping me put my mattress in my car.

We arrived not entirely sure of what we wanted or needed in respect of a mattress. Shah suggested that we try out the matching machine which we did. He was very patient while we tried the suggested mattresses before making our decision. Most importantly he was not pushy, that really puts me off in shops. His understanding of the products was obviously extremely good and we felt that we were in good hands. He explained the different bed bases as well so that we were confident with our decision.
