I brought my bed from the harlow store last week but went in this time just to buy a pillow and received the same great service

The sales assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and directed me to mattresses she thought suitable. She gave me time to try out various ones and gave me time to make my decision. On sorting out payment and delivery date she was very helpful and efficient.

I went to look at mattresses. My partner and I had no idea what type we needed let alone wanted. Jess came to our rescue, she talked us through the options and gave great advice and insights. She recommended the right bed and then check on the sleep machine, she was spot on. We then tried the beds, she was patient and offered us advise refreshments and space to think. We left to have lunch, went to a competitor and found a similar bed of the same price. We, however, went back to Dreams as Jess was so amazing and the other assistant was just poor in every way. You have a great asset and she is worth every penny and deserves a promotion
