Dreams - Harlow

We were very impressed with the service at the store. The gentleman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and helped our decision. His name is Shah. Validation code 104AO19322. We would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone looking to purchase a new bed and/or mattress.

Jess understood our requirements and showed the beds in the range we requested and said to lie down and test the mattress for firmness which was the main reason for making the change.

We were greeted swiftly on arrival by Cathleen and she spent a lot of time discussing the right product for us, and helping us test various types of mattress before deciding on the right one. We were offered refreshments and were not hurried along at all. Plus, the delivery guys were probably amongst the best delivery guys I have ever experienced. They went out of their way to make sure they didn't make any mess or damage our home and were extremely polite. I think they were called Luke and Gary although I can't be sure.

we asked Jessica if she could show us how one of the beds worked, she explained what to do and let us try it out, she was very helpful and polite.

Cathleen was an excellent sales assistant, highly knowledgeable about the specific products we were looking at, wasn't overly pushy and took her time to explain things. Very friendly yet professional.

Exceptional customer service. Assistant extremely polite and most helpful in explaining the different mattress in store, which without doubt made the decision to choose a more suitable one for us. I certainly would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

We was treated very well in this store they recommended we do the bed test where you put your details and requirements and then you lay down then it recommends what type of mattress suits you. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
