Dreams - Harlow

Mike greeted us warmly and did not hurry us. His level of expertise was high and he gave us space to decide what we wanted after giving us initial advice. The store was light, roomy and we were made to feel comfortable. We were encouraged to try different mattresses and pillows, offered coffee and made to feel that getting what was right for us was most important not a quick sale.

I had specific needs re the type of mattress being sought. The assistant listened carefully and retained that information which led on to being able to consider various options, including price, without being harassed in any way. A very easy experience and aquisition of information which led to my purchase today dispite not intending to buy immediate.
