Dreams - Harlow

I'm disabled and was looking for a mattress that goes onto a disabled bed and went onto Dreams web site and phoned shop up to see if they had one I could try out which they did so went over and as soon as I laid on it I knew I was going to be ok ,the young girl looked after me well offered me & hubby a drink , I was given a free pillow for new mattress & the new sleep pal tracker ,she asked if we needed anything else as my husband was looking at new mattress for he's bed but he's not ready yet but will go back as they have a lot of different ones at good prices

Mike was our assistant and he was very helpful and friendly indeed. He clearly explained the product including prices and any extras that we may have required. Not to mention the teas and coffees that were offered.

Had Sophie help us round at dreams in Harlow. Was brilliant. Tried loads of beds and found the perfect one. Didn't pressure is in to anything and left is to lay on them and enjoy choosing a bed.

The lady who served was friendly and our order was quick, painless and easy.

There was a huge range of mattresses for all different prices. All the ones I tried were excellent and I had great difficulty choosing which to purchase

Could try all the matressess we were interested in, Michael was very helpful, friendly and not pushy with the sale.

We were greeted by Michael who offered us help & then left us to browse when we said we were just looking. He was so friendly & helpful when I needed to ask him questions on quite a few different occasions. He never once hassled is or made us feel like we were being rushed & he really did make our experience pleasant. He ever offered us a coffee which we declined but I really thought that was a lovely part of the service we received. He was friendly, professional & not at all pushy even though we chose the lowest priced mattress. He never once tried to push us into buying a more expensive once which made a huge impression on me & made us feel even more comfortable & at ease. He was thorough & explained everything as he ordered the items for us & in my opinion went above & beyond my expectations & to be honest, if we had been pushed or hounded like in other shops, we would not have ordered anything that day. I think he deserves recognition for his customer service & for Dreams to know what a lovely gentleman he is.
