We were looked after by Shah, who was very knowledgeable, happy 😃 and helpful. Shah supplied us with all the information we needed to know. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant. Took her time to explain the differences in beds and mattresses and to show us the various items available. Was very patient.

The Sales Assistant (Shah) was brilliant, he knew the products and gave us the advice we needed to help us make our decision. He knew when to leave us alone, so we could think about the purchase and when to check if we needed any further help and he let us find the right products for ourselves. We could have walked out the show room and possibly found a cheaper price, but I felt he had served us so well that he had made the difference and we told him that he had given us a first class service and that we would be recommending him and Dreams to our friends and family.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly sales person. Not too pushy either. Asked us if we needed help, talked about some of the mattresses then left us to look around. However still coming back now and again to check in and see if we had any questions. Very helpful and friendly. We placed our order and look forward to receiving our new mattresses.

Richard made us feel very welcome with 2 cups of coffee and knowledge of beds was excellent,I promise him I would return and buy a bed and I did.
