I was highly satisfied because Mike was very helpful showing me different options and explained all about the bed I was interested in he spent a lot of time with us and made us feel very comfortable

The assistant Shah was so helpful he said he had worked at the store for over 10 years and had a really helpful knowledge and response to us as customers with choosing the right mattress . We have been to other department stores and they have been pretty useless so it was a nice change to have such good customer service.

The Sales Assistant, Shah was very helpful. I queried about the type of mattress I wanted and he advised me of the colour coding system. We were then left to try the mattresses at our own pace. Once I decided on the mattress I looked for the type of bed I wanted. I then advised him that I wanted storage under the bed in the form of draws. He was very helpful and showed me what beds would fit my requirements and I wanted 2 big draws and 2 small and he explained this to me and that my bed could be ordered with this. I then also purchased two pillows and he explained that they stay cool to touch and are good for the neck and alignment of the spine. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the time he spent helping us. The shop was supposed to close at 7 and we were leaving at 7.30. I would definitely use this dreams again and would recommend the sales assistance.

The assistant (daisy),very helpful.The store was laid out well.I was lucky I new what I wanted..The second bed (superking) was a impulse,buy.If the stock is there that can happen.was not really thinking about a new base.
