Sophie was very helpful The shop was very busy for a Bank Holiday We had been around all of the other bed shops in Harlow the previous week, so knew what we wanted, your product stood out on the basis of quality and value The additional saving offered by your promotion and interest free pay nothing for 9 months was also a good incentive to make our purchase sooner rather than later

The colleagues were really helpful and friendly, they were very knowledgeable about the prices and offers on the products. Also they were not over pushy on getting a sale which put me at ease to make the choice myself. The colleague that dealt with my transaction Sophie was very good along going through all the relevant detail. So all in all super happy
