Dreams - Harlow

We were looking for a bed and a mattress for my son and visited Dreams in Harlow. The professionalism and good customer service by Stacey convinced us to buy from Dreams. Stacey help us to choose a good product. We were luck that we got the offer on the product we choose. it was a good experience overall.

The service we received from the sales assistant was excellent. She was knowledgeable and friendly and helped us distinguish between the various mattress types and gave us time to try out the various types. She even brought us pillows so that we would get the right experience whilst trying out the various mattress types. There were a lot of mattresses on display, so this was helpful, though once left to ourselves, we got rather lost in the choice. It might be easier if all mattresses of a type, e.g. memory foam, sprung, were located together.

Arrived at store late but all the staff stayed late and made sure I was completely happy before I left. Excellent service from Shah, Jess and Stacey

Staff were amazing, made sure I understood everything and made everything so easy for me. The sale made it value for money.
