Salesman new his products and we were allowed to test out beds without being pushed for a sale . He was friendly and understood the necessity for the correct selection suited to our needs

Jess the assistant was very polite, seemed to know what she was talking and very efficient .The beds were of good quality and I think we got what we wanted. Very satisfied with our experience .

First time visiting a 'bed store... Drawn in by advertising in store window for the Simba mattresses. As a long time online or "purchased with a bed" buyer, we wanted to try them out this time as the wife struggles to get a comfortable nights sleep... Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained about comfort levels, construction etc. After trying several we settled on the Sleepeezy Decency dynasty King size.

Upon entering the Harlow Branch of Dreams yesterday I was greeted in a friendly manner by staff. Stacey assisted me with my order of my bed with the assistance of Shah. Stacey was professional and friendly and made the purchase of my bed easy. I found both Stacey and Shah to be knowledgeable of the item and made it pleasurable to visit the store by offering me tea or coffee and their friendly and helpful manner. I don't often leave reviews of my visits to stores, but felt that it should be noted that these to 2 staff were exceptional and an asset to the Dreams business. Well done to Dreams for employing staff of this high calibre.
