The service from the sales assistant was exceptional. Never pushy, VERY helpful and friendly. The quality of the beds and mattresses was obvious and the prices were pretty good once the 20% discount was applied to the bedframe. Mainly it was the quality of customer service that impressed me. Thats how it should be done

Great experience. Myself and my fiance came in to find a new king sided bed and receive a warm welcome from all staff. The beds we tried were all comfortable and greatly priced, definitely value for money. After choosing our bed a member of the team helped calculate the total cost and gave us favourable advise on what would be better. While sorting payment for the bed he recommended the 8 year cover and recycle your old bed option what put our mind at ease and offered beverages. After paying for the bed we were then recommended to enter the dreams competition and sent on our way. I will definitely use dreams again and recommended them to others. Thanks for the service.

Served by Shah, extremely helpful and knowledgable. Guided us to know about colour coded products. Helpful advice and comments re base and headboard of bed we chose. Explained all items, took us carefull through invoice and delivery date and advised of delivery procedure, eg., 2 hour time delivery either be contacted on day before delivery of on day of delivery to advise of delivery times.

Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products that were on offer. He really took the time to understand what my needs were and more or less pointed out the mattress I wanted straight away. Made the experience every easy and quick. Highly recommended

THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TO A FAULT....AMAZING

Staff member Shah was quick to work out and minimise our choices based on the information we gave him. He helped us to try different mattresses explaining the difference in each one. He then spent time with us as we talked about wanting storage at the same time as not wanting a frame (which would end up cluttered with plastic boxes undear the bed/loose cat underneath). Shah even demonstrated how strong the drawer was under our chosen bed by putting his weight inside the drawer. He was very efficient at helping with ordering and explained the delivery process very clearly. He was friendly and professional.
