The female assistant that helped me with my purchase was very helpful explained the whole process very well and helped me order the product from your internet site and explained the delivery process and the 40 night exchange policy you offer brilliantly. I would highly recommend your company to anyone thinking of purchasing a bed or mattress.

The superstore itself was well laid out with the differences between the bed characteristics clearly displayed, thus making an informed choice straight forward. The service by Mike was excellent: he was knowledgeable, helped guide us through our decision making process without being overtly pushy or hard-selling.

We really wasn't sure what type of mattress we were looking for but our assistant Shah spent time listing to our needs and recommended several options. He then gave us the time to try all of them out and recommended that spent time on them all. We were not rushed and left to try each one in our own time. We are now excited and looking forward to many great nights sleep when our new Therapur acti gel plus tranquil 2000 mattress arrives this Thursday. Shah thank you for your time and the coffee.
