The guy mike . Was friendly , told him I wasn’t sure what I really wanted ,and didn’t really feel any different when I laid on A few mattresses to try them out . He came over and we had a chat and a laugh. And then he showed me the gel mattress , then i laid on the tempar mattress . Lovely but too expensive for me. Great customer service . Lovely polite man.

The sales rep was very helpful but also gave us space to browse & try the beds. He wasn't pushy at all but there if we needed his advice.

From walking into the Harlow Store I was dealt with kindly and professionally by Jess. She also kept me up to speed with my delivery and was the epitome of competence. Very impressed! Thank You Jess..

Mike Dean who served us was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us time at every stage to evaluate the product. We were both very impressed with the service he gave us and was the main reason we did not to evaluate products in other shops. The shop had a good display of the various types of beds and again any questions we had were explained in a satisfactory way. Thank you Mike, although my wallet may not say the same!
