So many beds in store thought not know where to start . Sales guy great listened to my ideas and requirements and within a short time found the right thing without wasting time trying lots of things. Liked the colour organisation of store easy to illuminate things not suitable straight away with the sficebif sakes guy

Everything was very easy and my assistant had a lot of knowledge on all products and helped

The bed arrived on time. The delivery men were friendly and professional. Placing the order was so easy and I was regularly updated by text, phonecall and e mail as to when the bed would arrive.

I needed a single bed delivered by the 9th of May, I had tried to buy on line, but although I used the chat line, I found it very unhelpful as I could not establish whether I would be able to order a bed in time. Therefore I had to travel 11 miles to your shop. However the person that served me was very helpful, I told him the type of mattress I wanted and the dead line and he showed me exactly what I wanted and it would be delivered on the 2nd of May. There was no pressure to buy any extras. This is the second time I have used the shop in Harlow and I would use that shop again. Whereas when I used the Stevenage shop sometime ago, they promised to deliver on time, and two days before I needed it they told me could not deliver, and unfortunately I had already disposed of the old one and I had to buy one on line from Benson beds which was not very good.

Salesperson Mike was friendly knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options and time to decide on our purchase. He listened to our requirements and guided us to several types of beds for consideration. Great range in store so we tried 7 to 9 models and slowly narrowed to our final selection.
