The way the mattresses were arranged made it easier to be able to make the right choice from the large range available. Shah, our assistant, found out what we were looking for and then explained how things were laid out, and how best to test the mattress and then helped narrow the choices down further, and was generally knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As there was a price promise we also didn't feel the need to go and try anywhere else just to get a better deal. The coffee we were given whilst testing the mattresses was also decent!

the assistant listened and advised us on what would be best but also gave us many alternatives and made sure that the bed we chose was not too firm for me as I am alot lighter than my husband and we have different needs. very friendly and helpfull and even stayed late for us. excelent service

A Lady called Sophie came over to offer us assistance and spent time with us going through our needs. It was refreshing that she seemed genuinely interested on helping us get what we wanted and not just making a sale! Very very pleased!

the store rep was very helpful he found us the exact bed we was looking for and the exact mattress we were looking for and checked it was all in stock for us. he made all 3 of us a cup of coffee and we even bought 3 pillows as well while we was there.

The assitant was very helpful and polite and knew what he was doing and was able to make our order very quickly it was a pleasure placing our order and did not expect to get a date for delivery as quick as we did so was pleasantly surprised will recommend your store to my friends
